Roni Al-Dor joined Sapiens as president and CEO in November 2005. Previously, he served for nine years as president of TTI Telecom, a global supplier of operations support systems to communications service providers, after serving as vice president for three years. Roni is a graduate of the Israeli Air Force's military computer college. He studied computer science and management at Bar-Ilan University, and attended the Israel Management Center for Business Administration.
Irit Nusel joined Sapiens in May 2013 as the L&P Global Division manager. She brings over 20 years of management experience in software and implementation for large-scale projects, having assumed responsibility for both technical and business aspects. Prior to joining Sapiens, Irit worked at Amdocs for 21 years. As the vice president and division manager of customer care and billing, Irit was responsible for delivery and business relationships with key accounts throughout Europe. Irit holds an MBA degree from Bar-Ilan University.
Rami Doron joined Sapiens as COO in February 2007. Before assuming his current position as managing director, Sapiens DECISION, Rami led a business unit at Comverse Ltd. He was one of the founders of TTI Telecom, where he led the professional services, R&D and sales-to-previous-customers units for twelve years. As part of his responsibilities, he managed product development, including delivery, maintenance and support. Before helping to found TTI, Rami led the software division at TEAM Computers Ltd. for eight years. He has a degree in Software Engineering from Hadassah College and studied management at Bar-Ilan University.
Liana Gelikas joined Sapiens in February 2016 as president of the Property & Casualty/General Insurance and Reinsurance division. Prior to joining Sapiens, Liana was COO and executive consultant at Peaks Ventures Consulting LTD, where she helped organizations (such as banks) streamline their internal processes and improve their methodologies. Liana also held several executive positions during her long tenure at Amdocs, including heading the Advertising & Media division and the Global Quality group, and led large-scale, managed services projects. A well-rounded executive, Liana possesses experience leading development, marketing and sales for global organizations. Liana has a BSc. in Information System Engineering from The Technion in Israel and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Head of Corporate Communications
Yaffa Cohen-Ifrah joined Sapiens in January 2014 and leads the global corporate marketing activities, analyst relations and corporate communications. Prior to joining Sapiens, Yaffa served for two years as head of investor relations at Partner Communications Ltd, a leading telecommunications company. Before Partner, Yaffa was the director of investor relations at Strauss Group Ltd., an international food and beverage corporation. She also served as investor relations officer and corporate secretary at Makhteshim-Agan Industries, the world’s largest manufacturer of generic agrochemicals. Previously, Yaffa held various financial/business analysis roles at leading U.S. retail companies, including senior financial analyst of Victoria’s Secret Beauty and manager of financial planning at Saks Fifth Avenue. Yaffa holds a B.Sc. in Biology from Tel Aviv University and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Pace University, New York.
Norman Tutnauer joined Sapiens in February 2016 as chief business officer and is responsible for Sapiens’ worldwide sales, presales and sales operations teams. He brings more than 20 years of successful sales management experience recruiting, managing and leading global sales teams. Norman was senior vice president of worldwide sales at Netformx prior to joining Sapiens, and before that he was vice president of sales for the APAC region at Pontis. During his 15 years at TTI Telecom, Norman was appointed executive vice president of worldwide sales and managed sales force expansion, formulated sales and marketing initiatives, and fostered and managed customer relationships. He has studied computer science and psychology.
Tal Sharon joined Sapiens in 2011 as the manager of Sapiens’ Israel division. She brings more than 20 years of business and technology experience to the position. Prior to joining Sapiens, Tal worked at TTI Telecom for 11 years and was vice president of the Israeli market, with responsibility for both the technical and business aspects. Before moving to TTI, Tal was responsible for European customer support and project management for Enigma Europe in Paris, France. She holds a B.Sc. degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and an MA in Education and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.
Anat Belluco Feinkuchen
Global Human Resources
Anat Belluco Feinkuchen joined Sapiens in July 2013 as vice president of Global Human Resources (HR). She possesses more than 20 years of experience in managing local and global HR in different industries. Before assuming her current position, Anat worked at Elco Industries as vice president of HR. Prior to Elco, Anat was vice president of Global HR at ECI Telecom. Anat holds a B.Sc. in Behavioral Science and M.Sc. in Psychology from Ben-Gurion University.
Osnat Segev-Harel joined Sapiens in August 2009. She is responsible for Sapiens organic and non-organic growth initiatives and corporate development. Until 2013, she led global Marketing activities at Sapiens and the development of new markets. Previously, Osnat led the business development, and sales strategy and planning, at NICE-Actimize Inc. in New York. Before NICE-Actimize, Osnat spent ten years at IBM, in business development, VC Relations, Sales and Marketing. Osnat is currently a board member at Top Image Systems (NASDAQ: TISA), and also serves as a go-to-market consultant for early stage high-tech companies. Osnat holds a B.Sc from the University of New York and an MBA cum laude from Derby University.
Ron joined Sapiens as President, Sapiens North America Insurance in 2011 heading up Sapiens’ insurance business in North America. Prior to joining Sapiens, Ron served four years as President, FIS Software, Inc providing software solutions to the life, annuity and retirement services markets. From 1997 through 2006, Ron was a member of the NaviSys (now Accenture) executive team as Senior Vice President, Consulting Services. Earlier in Ron’s career he was Business Unit Director, Secure Communications at ITT Defense Industries. Mr. Karam graduated from New York Institute of Technology with a BS in Mechanical/Industrial Technology and later earned his MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Scott Palmer joined Sapiens in 2015 as executive vice president and head of the U.S. Retirement Services business. Prior to joining Sapiens, Scott spent seven years at MassMutual as senior vice president/CIO, Retirement Services and Worksite Marketing division. Scott was responsible for the creation and execution of a comprehensive, multi-year IT strategy and business transformation. Prior to joining MassMutual, Scott spent 12 years at Lincoln Financial Group (LFG) in various positions, including vice president and CIO for the Retirement Services division. Before that, Scott spent eight years as Systems Manager at Unum in the Pensions division. Scott possesses a degree in Computer Science from Andover College and a program management certification from Boston University.
