President and Chief Executive Officer
Roni Al Dor joined Sapiens as President and CEO in November 2005. Mr. Al Dor served for nine years as President of TTI Telecom, a global supplier of Operations Support Systems to communications service providers, after serving as Vice President for three years. Mr. Al Dor is a graduate of the Israeli Air Force's military computer college, studied computer science and management at Bar Ilan University and attended the Israel Management Center for Business Administration.
Chief Financial Officer
Roni Giladi joined Sapiens as CFO in July 2007. Mr. Giladi served as Chief Financial Officer of RichFX, from 2003 through 2006, after serving as Corporate Controller since 2002. Prior to that Mr. Giladi worked at Ernst & Young for six years as a manager in the high-tech practice group. Mr. Giladi is a Certified Licensed Public Accountant and holds a BA in Business Management and Accounting from the Israel Management Institute.
Chief Operating Officer
Rami Doron joined Sapiens as COO in February 2007. From 2006 until he joined Sapiens, Mr. Doron led a Business Unit at Comverse Ltd. Prior to that, Mr. Doron was one of the founders of TTI Telecom, where he led the Professional Services, R&D and Sales to Past Customers, for twelve years. At TTI, Mr. Doron managed product development, including delivery, maintenance, and support. Before helping to found TTI, Mr. Doron led the Software Division at TEAM Computers Ltd. for eight years. Mr. Doron has a degree in Software Engineering from Hadassah College and studied management at Bar-Ilan University.
Chief Marketing Officer and VP Business Development
Osnat Segev-Harel joined Sapiens in August 2009 and leads global marketing activities and the development of new markets. Prior to that, as of 2005 Ms. Segev-Harel first led the business development and later the sales strategy & planning at Actimize Inc. (the leader of financial sector risk and compliance software solutions) in New York. Before Actimize, Osnat spent ten years at IBM, holding roles of business development, VC Relations, Sales and Marketing. Earlier she spent six years at Digital Equipment. Osnat holds a BSc from the University of New York and an MBA cum laude from Derby University.
Sagi Schliesser joined Sapiens as VP R&D in July 2007. Before Sapiens, Mr. Schliesser served as VP R&D and CTO of IDIT Technologies Ltd., a global provider of insurance software solutions, for 7 years. Earlier, Mr. Schliesser was one of the founders of WWCOM, a B2B enablement software startup, and served as its Director of Technology and Director of Development, for 2 years. During his military service, Mr. Schliesser led several computer projects and was a commander in the IDF's Computer Training School. Mr. Schliesser has a BSc degree in Computer Science and Psychology from Tel Aviv University with honors. Mr. Schliesser holds a Master's degree in Computer Science at the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzlia and is studying for his MBA in Business Psychology.
Executive Vice President, Head of Global P&C Division
Dan joined Sapiens in April of 2010 as part of the Harcase / Octello acquisition. For Sapiens, Mr. Sobotincic leads the global Property and Casualty product strategy and architecture, and the delivery capability in NA. Dan has accumulated a profound knowledge of insurance, with over 20 years of experience providing tactical and strategic solutions to P&C companies globally. As Chief Architect and owner of Harcase Software Ltd., the creator of the RapidSure product line, Dan architected the most flexible, open and comprehensive insurance transaction processing solution available in the market. Prior to Harcase, he co-founded Concise Technologies with Greg Thornton, a global high tech software developer and provider of insurance processing systems to the P&C insurance industry; they grew the company over 5 years gaining significant product penetration, resulting in the successful sale of the organization. Dan is well-regarded in the industry for his thought leadership and ability to translate industry trends and client needs into technology innovation.
Vice President Life and Pension
Shlomo Engel has joined Sapiens on January 2009 as the Operations Manager of the Life and Pension development and the implementations activities in Israel. Between 2002-2008 Mr. Engel was part of the senior management of EDS Israel and led both the outsourcing unit of the largest food manufacturer in Israel (Tnuva) and the Projects Division of EDS. Prior to that, Mr. Engel managed a private software company which developed and maintained software projects to large customers in the Israeli market. Earlier Mr. Engel worked in Amdocs Israel and Amdocs Australia. Mr. Engel has a degree in Computer Science and Philosophy from Bar-Ilan University.

Vice President, P&C Global Sales
Greg has over 25 years of P&C insurance experience in both a sales and delivery role. Mr. Thornton joined Sapiens in April of 2010 as part of the Harcase / Octello acquisition. He leads the global P&C sales and is directly responsible for the sales of the RapidSure product globally. Prior to joining Sapiens, Mr. Thornton was the CEO of Octello, the North American reseller and implementer of the RapidSure product from Harcase Software Ltd. Prior to Octello he co-founded Concise Technologies with Dan Sobotincic, a global high tech software developer and provider of insurance processing systems to the P&C insurance industry; they grew the company over 5 years gaining significant product penetration, resulting in the successful sale of the organization.
Vice President Sales America
Warren Crawford joined Sapiens in October 2009 to lead sales efforts in the North American marketplace and to assist the Sapiens development team with all North American product offerings. Warren’s insurance career started with his own insurance brokerage in 1976. After selling his brokerage in the early 90’s he worked for various insurers, such as Allianz and Zurich in underwriting, sales, finance and IT roles. In the late 90’s he joined Applied Systems in Chicago in the Insurance Company Systems Division. More recently, he spent seven years as head of global sales and accounts for SunGard iWORKs in P&C, L&H and Reinsurance. The last two years Warren worked with Guidewire Software. During Warren’s career he has held many operational and management roles throughout the entire insurance value chain.
Vice President Professional Services and Business Development America
Tomer Srulevich joined Sapiens as VP Professional Services and Business Development for the Americas in October 2009. Prior to Sapiens, from 2004 till 2009, Mr. Srulevich served as Director of Business Development and Partnerships at SeaPass Solutions, an insurance software development company. Prior to that, Mr. Srulevich led the execution of large scale software projects for major US carriers. Mr. Srulevich has more than ten years of leadership experience in roles of accounts management, project management, and product analysis. Mr. Srulevich has a B.A degree in Computer Science from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzeliya.

Vice President Sales & Operations Sapiens Europe
Raj Ghuman joined Sapiens in 1995. Mr. Ghuman has worked in all areas of the Sapiens UK and European business from delivery to setting up the Account Management function in 1997 to running the Sapiens European (covering Western Europe, South Africa and Australia) operations today. Before Sapiens, Mr. Ghuman worked for ITNET Ltd., a UK-based IT outsourcing organization specializing in local government contracts. Mr. Ghuman has a B.Sc. First Class (Honors) degree in Computing Information Systems.

Guy Bernstein chairs the Sapiens board. He joined the Emblaze Group as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Directors in April 2004 and was appointed Group Chief Executive Officer in December 2006. Prior to joining Emblaze, Mr. Bernstein served as Chief Financial and Operations Officer of Magic Software Enterprises (NASDAQ: MGIC), a position he held since 1999. He also acted as the Interim CEO for Magic’s subsidiaries: MSE Israel Ltd. and Coretech Consulting Group. Mr. Bernstein joined Magic from Kost, Forer, Gabbay & Kasierer, a member of Ernst & Young Global, where he acted as senior manager from 1994 to 1997. Mr. Bernstein is a Certified Licensed Public Accountant and holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel-Aviv University.

From August 2004 through 2007, Mr. Elinav has served as Chairman of the Boards of Directors of DS Securities and Investments, Ltd. and DS Provident Funds Ltd. Mr. Elinav also serves on the Board of Directors of several other public and private companies.

Mr. Ben-Chelouche served as the Commissioner of Capital Market Insurance and Savings at the Israeli Finance Ministry from 2002 through 2005, where he implemented fundamental reforms in pension savings. Prior to that, he was Deputy Commissioner of Capital Market Insurance and Savings and a Senior Foreign Exchange and Investment Manager in the Foreign Department of the Bank of Israel. He also served as an Investment Officer in the Foreign Exchange Department of the Bank of England. In 2005, Mr. Ben-Chelouche served as a member of the Bachar Committee on Capital Market Reform in Israel.
