User Acceptance Testing
Sapiens provides services to support customers during their user acceptance testing (UAT) to increase testing efficiency and ensure the system is passing the acceptance criteria and will go live on time.
At the beginning of the UAT, Sapiens recommends that business analysts who participated in the project implementation will support training of the users/testers to ensure they understand the system architecture and functions. This important step familiarizes users with the systems before testing and reduces any frustration and dissatisfaction that can result from not understanding the expected processes and architecture.
In addition to this formal training, Sapiens offers resources who will be “on the floor” with the testers, teaching them tips and tricks, and offering support for any question or issue raised. These types of services, which are called On the Job Training (OJT), ensure the success of the user testing.
Sapiens also provides an onsite analysis service that helps the users, as well as the IT project team, analyze issues raised by the users and determine the root causes. This service offers fine-tuning documentation and future training.
