Roni Al-Dor joined Sapiens as president and CEO in November 2005. Previously, he served for nine years as president of TTI Telecom, a global supplier of operations support systems to communications service providers, after serving as vice president for three years. Roni is a graduate of the Israeli Air Force's military computer college. He studied computer science and management at Bar-Ilan University, and attended the Israel Management Center for Business Administration.
Riki Efraim-Lederman joined Sapiens in December 2017 as the L&P global division manager. She possesses a track record of successfully leading end-to-end digital and information technology transformations around the globe. Prior to joining Sapiens, Riki worked at Amdocs for nearly 20 years and was the head of Amdocs Delivery for the Caribbean and Latin America region. Previously, Riki was responsible for the Amdocs Delivery Competency Centers organization, which executed more than 100 projects per year and was comprised of more than 4,500 software engineers dispersed among eight global development centers. Riki took a leadership course for senior executives at the Harvard Business School and holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
Liana Gelikas joined Sapiens in February 2016 as president of the Property & Casualty/General Insurance and Reinsurance division. Prior to joining Sapiens, Liana was COO and executive consultant at Peaks Ventures Consulting LTD, where she helped organizations (such as banks) streamline their internal processes and improve their methodologies. Liana also held several executive positions during her long tenure at Amdocs, including heading the Advertising & Media division and the Global Quality group, and led large-scale, managed services projects. A well-rounded executive, Liana possesses experience leading development, marketing and sales for global organizations. Liana has a BSc. in Information System Engineering from The Technion in Israel and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Harold Westervelt joined Sapiens in September 2017. Prior to his position with Sapiens DECISION, he held several senior management positions, including president of INVeSHARE. Harold started in sales and possesses over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, including senior-level sales management positions at Standard & Poor’s and Thomson Reuters. Throughout his career, Harold has excelled at building strong companies focused on meeting the needs of clients in the financial services industry. He has a degree in Business Communications from Missouri State University and an MBA in Finance from California State University, East Bay.
Head of Corporate Communications
Yaffa Cohen-Ifrah joined Sapiens in January 2014 and leads the global corporate marketing activities, analyst relations and corporate communications. Prior to joining Sapiens, Yaffa served for two years as head of investor relations at Partner Communications Ltd, a leading telecommunications company. Before Partner, Yaffa was the director of investor relations at Strauss Group Ltd., an international food and beverage corporation. She also served as investor relations officer and corporate secretary at Makhteshim-Agan Industries, the world’s largest manufacturer of generic agrochemicals. Previously, Yaffa held various financial/business analysis roles at leading U.S. retail companies, including senior financial analyst of Victoria’s Secret Beauty and manager of financial planning at Saks Fifth Avenue. Yaffa holds a B.Sc. in Biology from Tel Aviv University and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Pace University, New York.
Norman Tutnauer joined Sapiens in February 2016 as chief business officer and is responsible for Sapiens’ worldwide sales, presales and sales operations teams. He brings more than 20 years of successful sales management experience recruiting, managing and leading global sales teams. Norman was senior vice president of worldwide sales at Netformx prior to joining Sapiens, and before that he was vice president of sales for the APAC region at Pontis. During his 15 years at TTI Telecom, Norman was appointed executive vice president of worldwide sales and managed sales force expansion, formulated sales and marketing initiatives, and fostered and managed customer relationships. He has studied computer science and psychology.
Tamar Alon-Verber joined Sapiens in 2012 as the CFO of Sapiens North America. As chief business finance officer, Tamar leads financial planning and analysis, and manages Sapiens’ budget. She is also responsible for the commercial-side of customer engagements. Tamar brings nearly two decades of experience in different finance roles in global high-tech companies. She possesses a BA in Management and Economics from The Open University of Israel.
Ben Shory joined Sapiens a decade ago. He started as a senior architect, progressed to become the director of R&D for Sapiens DECISION, which he helped found, and is now Sapiens’ corporate CTO and digital division manager. Well-versed in digital innovation, Ben is focused on introducing new technologies across Sapiens’ products and works closely with the division CTOs to ensure that Sapiens is leveraging best practices.
Tal Sharon joined Sapiens in 2011 as the manager of Sapiens’ Israel division. She brings more than 20 years of business and technology experience to the position. Prior to joining Sapiens, Tal worked at TTI Telecom for 11 years and was vice president of the Israeli market, with responsibility for both the technical and business aspects. Before moving to TTI, Tal was responsible for European customer support and project management for Enigma Europe in Paris, France. She holds a B.Sc. degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and an MA in Education and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.
Global Human Resources
David Waknine joined Sapiens as VP of Global Human Resources. He possesses over 18 years of HR leadership experience at technology companies that operate in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Americas, and he is fluent in five languages. By shaping the employee experience, driving cultural transformation, executing massive hiring plans, building talent and leadership capabilities and leading change management processes, David has helped companies grow and navigate change. He holds a BA in sociology and anthropology from the Hebrew University and an MBA from Solvay Business School.
Alex Zukerman leads overall product strategy across the organization. He joined Sapiens in 2011 and served as vice president of life insurance products and innovation leader. Previously, he was the global vice president of Sales for Sapiens IDIT and FIS software. Alex possesses over 16 years of experience in insurance software, for life and property and casualty markets around the world. He holds an LLB degree from Tel Aviv University.
Osnat Segev-Harel joined Sapiens in August 2009. She is responsible for Sapiens organic and non-organic growth initiatives and corporate development. Until 2013, she led global Marketing activities at Sapiens and the development of new markets. Previously, Osnat led the business development, and sales strategy and planning, at NICE-Actimize Inc. in New York. Before NICE-Actimize, Osnat spent ten years at IBM, in business development, VC Relations, Sales and Marketing. Osnat is currently a board member at Top Image Systems (NASDAQ: TISA), and also serves as a go-to-market consultant for early stage high-tech companies. Osnat holds a B.Sc from the University of New York and an MBA cum laude from Derby University.
