Sapiens Senior Management
Roni Al-Dor joined Sapiens as President and Chief Executive Officer in November 2005. Previously, he served for nine years as president of TTI Telecom, a global supplier of operations support systems to communications service providers, after serving as vice president for three years. Roni is a graduate of the Israeli Air Force’s military computer college. He studied computer science and management at Bar-Ilan University, and attended the Israel Management Center for Business Administration.
Roni Giladi joined Sapiens as CFO in July 2007. Prior to his current position, he served as chief financial officer (CFO) of RichFX for three years, after serving as corporate controller. Roni previously worked at Ernst & Young for six years as a manager in the high-tech group. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a BA in Business Management and Accounting from the Israel Management Institute.
Yaffa Cohen-Ifrah joined Sapiens in January 2014 as Chief Marketing Officer & Head of Corporate Communications and leads the global corporate marketing activities, analyst relations and corporate communications. Prior to joining Sapiens, Yaffa served for two years as head of investor relations at Partner Communications Ltd, a leading telecommunications company. Before Partner, Yaffa was the director of investor relations at Strauss Group Ltd., an international food and beverage corporation. She also served as investor relations officer and corporate secretary at Makhteshim-Agan Industries, the world’s largest manufacturer of generic agrochemicals. Previously, Yaffa held various financial/business analysis roles at leading U.S. retail companies, including senior financial analyst of Victoria’s Secret Beauty and manager of financial planning at Saks Fifth Avenue. Yaffa holds a B.Sc. in Biology from Tel Aviv University and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Pace University, New York.
Liana Gelikas joined Sapiens in February 2016 as President, P&C and Reinsurance Division. Prior to joining Sapiens, Liana was COO and executive consultant at Peaks Ventures Consulting LTD, where she helped organizations (such as banks) streamline their internal processes and improve their methodologies. Liana also held several executive positions during her long tenure at Amdocs, including heading the Advertising & Media division and the Global Quality group, and led large-scale, managed services projects. A well-rounded executive, Liana possesses experience leading development, marketing and sales for global organizations. Liana has a BSc. in Information System Engineering from The Technion in Israel and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Riki Efraim-Lederman joined Sapiens in December 2017 as the President, L&P Division, P&C America Division. She possesses a track record of successfully leading end-to-end digital and information technology transformations around the globe. Prior to joining Sapiens, Riki worked at Amdocs for nearly 20 years and was the head of Amdocs Delivery for the Caribbean and Latin America region. Previously, Riki was responsible for the Amdocs Delivery Competency Centers organization, which executed more than 100 projects per year and was comprised of more than 4,500 software engineers dispersed among eight global development centers. Riki took a leadership course for senior executives at the Harvard Business School and holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
Tal Sharon joined Sapiens in 2011 as the President Sapiens Israel & East Europe. She brings more than 20 years of business and technology experience to the position. Prior to joining Sapiens, Tal worked at TTI Telecom for 11 years and was vice president of the Israeli market, with responsibility for both the technical and business aspects. Before moving to TTI, Tal was responsible for European customer support and project management for Enigma Europe in Paris, France. She holds a B.Sc. degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and an MA in Education and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.
Harold Westervelt joined Sapiens in September 2017. Prior to his position with Sapiens Decision, he held several senior management positions, including president of INVeSHARE. Harold started in sales and possesses over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, including senior-level sales management positions at Standard & Poor’s and Thomson Reuters. Throughout his career, Harold has excelled at building strong companies focused on meeting the needs of clients in the financial services industry. He has a degree in Business Communications from Missouri State University and an MBA in Finance from California State University, East Bay.
Ben Shory joined Sapiens a decade ago. He started as a senior architect, progressed to become the director of R&D for Sapiens DECISION, which he helped found, and is now Sapiens’ corporate CTO and digital division manager. Well-versed in digital innovation, Ben is focused on introducing new technologies across Sapiens’ products and works closely with the division CTOs to ensure that Sapiens is leveraging best practices.
Meirav Spiero is leading Sapiens’ Global Human Resources strategy and practices. She joined Sapiens in November 2013 to establish the global recruitment department and progressed to lead additional cross functions in the HR global operation. Meirav brings over 15 years of experience in a wide range of Senior HR functions in global hi-tech organisations.
She holds a BA in social behavior and human resources management from the College of Management and an MA in labor studies from Tel Aviv University.
Osnat Segev-Harel joined Sapiens in August 2009. In her corporate development role, she is responsible for Sapiens M&A and the innovation ecosystem. Prior to her current role, Osnat served as Sapiens’ CMO. Osnat serves today on the Advisory Council of Eos Venture Partners, and works as an advisor and mentor for young companies. Earlier, Osnat led sales strategy and planning at NICE-Actimize Inc. in New York. She spent ten years at IBM, in different business development and VC relations roles, and eight years on the digital equipment (DEC) R&D team. Osnat holds a B.Sc. from the University of New York and an MBA cum laude from Derby University.
Iris Cohen Carmel joined Sapiens in late 2009 as the General Counsel of Sapiens. As General Counsel, Iris leads the global legal affairs of Sapiens, including commercial and corporate affairs. In addition, as part of her Corporate Development role, She manage Sapiens’ M&A transactions. Previously, Iris was a General Counsel of a high tech company, and has more than 20 years experience in different legal and business roles. She holds a LLB from the Business and Law Academic Collage and LLM in Law from Bar Ilan University. She also holds a Graduate Certification in Business from Columbia University in NY.
