Sapiens Senior Management
Roni Al-Dor joined Sapiens as President and Chief Executive Officer in November 2005. Previously, he served for nine years as president of TTI Telecom, a global supplier of operations support systems to communications service providers, after serving as vice president for three years. Roni is a graduate of the Israeli Air Force’s military computer college. He studied computer science and management at Bar-Ilan University, and attended the Israel Management Center for Business Administration.
Roni Giladi joined Sapiens as CFO in July 2007. Prior to his current position, he served as chief financial officer (CFO) of RichFX for three years, after serving as corporate controller. Roni previously worked at Ernst & Young for six years as a manager in the high-tech group. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a BA in Business Management and Accounting from the Israel Management Institute.
Alex Zukerman joined Sapiens in April 2020 and currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer, with responsibility for formulating Sapiens’ overall product and business strategies. Alex possesses a long history with Sapiens and the companies Sapiens acquired. He started at FIS back in 2001, subsequently moved to IDIT and then worked at Sapiens for more than eight years, eventually becoming Vice President, Head of Corporate Strategy. Prior to returning to Sapiens in 2020, Alex worked at Novidea as the Chief Revenue Officer. Alex holds an LLB from Tel Aviv University and possesses extensive insurance, financial services, sales, business development and product management experience.
Liana Gelikas joined Sapiens in February 2016 as President, P&C and Reinsurance Division. Prior to joining Sapiens, Liana was COO and executive consultant at Peaks Ventures Consulting LTD, where she helped organizations (such as banks) streamline their internal processes and improve their methodologies. Liana also held several executive positions during her long tenure at Amdocs, including heading the Advertising & Media division and the Global Quality group, and led large-scale, managed services projects. A well-rounded executive, Liana possesses experience leading development, marketing and sales for global organizations. Liana has a BSc. in Information System Engineering from The Technion in Israel and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Tal Sharon joined Sapiens in 2011 as the President Sapiens Israel & East Europe. She brings more than 20 years of business and technology experience to the position. Prior to joining Sapiens, Tal worked at TTI Telecom for 11 years and was vice president of the Israeli market, with responsibility for both the technical and business aspects. Before moving to TTI, Tal was responsible for European customer support and project management for Enigma Europe in Paris, France. She holds a B.Sc. degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and an MA in Education and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.
Jamie Yoder, President and CEO of North America, is a highly respected industry leader with a track record of success in building and expanding business development. He brings more than three decades of experience with leading global clients in insurance and financial services.
Most recently, Jamie was president of Snapsheet, a leading technology innovator in the insurance claims space, with an intelligent cloud SaaS platform that redesigns and delivers a claims process that puts the customer first. Previously, Jamie was an insurance advisory leader for PwC, both in the U.S. and globally, leading the strategy, management and technology consulting practices.
Prior to PwC, Jamie also led the insurance practice and served on the steering committee of Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, which PwC acquired in 2010. Jamie began his career as a senior consultant in the global technology division of Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
Shay Assaraf joined Sapiens in May 2021 as Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to Sapiens, Shay was CMO at Optiva, a global software company providing rental management solutions to telecom service providers. He was part of an executive team that led a strategic shift in the company towards a profitable and disruptive business. Prior to Optiva, Shay was part of the Pontis journey over the years from a small start-up to a successful company that was acquired by Amdocs. At both Pontis and Amdocs, Shay worked in various marketing and business-oriented roles. Shay holds a degree in Law and Philosophy from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Noa Brummer joined Sapiens in 2020 as Chief Human Resource Officer and is responsible for the company’s HR strategy and practices. With over two decades of experience at global technology companies, Noa specializes in driving cultural transformation, building talent and leadership capabilities, and leading change management processes.
Prior to joining Sapiens, Noa was the Head of HR for various groups at Amdocs, where she was a partner in shaping the long-term vision and strategy, ensuring an excellent employee experience, building best-in-class HR programs and driving growth by executing talent strategy. Noa has also held HR positions at Nova Measuring Instruments, the IDF and HP Indigo.
Noa has a BA in Behavioral Science and Human Resources from Ben-Gurion University and an MA in Organizational Sociology from Haifa University.
Raj Ghuman kam 1995 zu Sapiens. Vor seiner aktuellen Tätigkeit bei Sapiens hatte er bereits mehrere Funktionen innerhalb des Unternehmens inne. Diese reichten von der Auftragsabwicklung über das Kundenmanagement bis hin zur Geschäftsentwicklung für die Regionen EMEA und APAC. Zuvor war er bei ITNET Ltd, einem führenden britischen IT-Outsourcing-Anbieter, tätig. Er besitzt einen First Class Honours-Abschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik.
Iris Cohen Carmel joined Sapiens in late 2009 as the General Counsel of Sapiens. As General Counsel, Iris leads the global legal affairs of Sapiens, including commercial and corporate affairs. In addition, as part of her Corporate Development role, She manage Sapiens’ M&A transactions. Previously, Iris was a General Counsel of a high tech company, and has more than 20 years experience in different legal and business roles. She holds a LLB from the Business and Law Academic Collage and LLM in Law from Bar Ilan University. She also holds a Graduate Certification in Business from Columbia University in NY.
Ben Shory joined Sapiens a decade ago. He started as a senior architect, progressed to become the director of R&D for Sapiens DECISION, which he helped found, and is now Sapiens’ corporate CTO and digital division manager. Well-versed in digital innovation, Ben is focused on introducing new technologies across Sapiens’ products and works closely with the division CTOs to ensure that Sapiens is leveraging best practices.
Osnat Segev-Harel joined Sapiens in August 2009. In her corporate development role, she is responsible for Sapiens M&A and the innovation ecosystem. Prior to her current role, Osnat served as Sapiens’ CMO. Osnat serves today on the Advisory Council of Eos Venture Partners, and works as an advisor and mentor for young companies. Earlier, Osnat led sales strategy and planning at NICE-Actimize Inc. in New York. She spent ten years at IBM, in different business development and VC relations roles, and eight years on the digital equipment (DEC) R&D team. Osnat holds a B.Sc. from the University of New York and an MBA cum laude from Derby University.
Euan verfügt über mehr als 35 Jahre Erfahrung im internationalen Versicherungs- und Technologiesektor. Er bekleidete leitende Funktionen in globalen Unternehmen auf beiden Seiten des Atlantiks, darunter IBM, Huon Corporation und die Innovation Group. Derzeit ist er Chief Business Officer bei Sapiens Amerika. Hier ist Euan verantwortlich für die Geschäftsentwicklung, den Vertrieb sowie den Kundensupport. Außerdem engagiert er sich aktiv in der Insurtech-Gemeinschaft von Hartford und Nassau Re-imagine als Mentor und Berater für mehrere Start-ups. Er ist Absolvent der University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, Südafrika.
