Sapiens International Corporation, (NASDAQ and TASE: SPNS), a leading global provider of software solutions for the insurance industry, with an emerging focus on the broader financial services sector, announced today that its Board of Directors has approved the distribution of a cash dividend of $0.15 per share. The dividend, which is approximately $7.2 million in the aggregate, will be distributed on Monday, June 1, 2015 to its shareholders of record as of Thursday, May 21, 2015. The payment of the dividend is subject to shareholders’ prior approval, which Sapiens intends to seek at the Company’s 2015 annual general shareholders meeting.

Sapiens’ general meeting of shareholders is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2015, and Sapiens Board of Directors will recommend that the Company’s shareholders approve the distribution of the dividend. The record date for shareholders entitled to vote at the annual shareholder meeting will be April 22, 2015.
